Utilizing new training platforms to bring a larger team up to speed with all things BIM, working directly with partners to establish an office ethos by providing a true insight as to what BIM is. Further enhancing protocols, guidelines, and workflows to improve BIM understanding to all facets of the firm, from HR to IT to Design Teams. Creating that awareness and understanding is true to BIMs success.

Project types consisted of High-Rise Residential and Educational Facilities for clients such as University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, York University, and several private clients for Residential Buildings.

This role enabled me to kick start my career in Architecture upon completion of my Undergraduate Degree. Project type ranged from small scale Residential units to large scale Healthcare & Educational facilities ranging from $1 - $10 million. The primary responsibilities of this role were focused on the production of Technical Drawings for construction documents, including permits and site surveys.
